looking for a flash hole deburring tool recommendation

I have cases going from 222 to 308, which I can see primer hole burrs inside the case.

There are a few tools on the market - what do you recommend, and why that over other tools?

In the early days I just gave a jobber drill a twirl. No need to actually chamfer the hole. It effectively removed the burrs.
Upgraded to an RCBS tool several years back. Is it superior to others, I don't know? It does the job, once when brass is new, then goes back in the cupboard.

Ive used quite a few different ones, but settled on a Lyman Flash hole deburring tool. It will do anything from 22 to 45 Cal.

Works like a charm, does not break the bank and its easy to set up and use.

I have a Lyman tool, use it when brass is new but as others have said it then sits there unsized for a long time. I’m happy to post it to you if you like to borrow for that batch? I don’t think any brands are better than any other…

Lyman. Take it off the handle and shove it in your portable drill.

Sinclair flash hole unifier is the one I use - it is designed to limit the depth that the tool will cut into the flash hole and it is consistent in the depth.

You mean the primer pocket uniformer rather than the flash hole. The Sinclair tool is great but be careful on mil brass . Even with swaging the pocket they can strip the blades on the uniformer. The Sinclair cuts deeper than the K&M which is much shallower.
