    I always enjoy a challenge, found this one in an old box at a mates place.

    What the duce.... No stamps on it? Could you place it next to a .22 round or a 556 round? Something to use as a reference....? Or you could always run a set of callipers over it....

    As soon as I saw it I thought it was the 577x450 but no.
    here it is next to a real 577x450

    Hmm, so it is rimmed, the head looks like 577 and paper wrap ?

    Neck looks too narrow for 577 snider...

    Its not a snider ive fired 100's of rounds of that
    Case seems to be the wrong shape and bullet looks smaller than 58cal im geussing one of the old 50cals which one i dont know

    Short .500/450 like a 1 9/16" maybe?
    10MRT shooters do it 60 times, in two directions and at two speeds.
