One would imagine this dimension is necessary to minimise the chances of Billy-Bob trying to fire the 6.5 Grendel in the ARC chamber. Could get exciting in a bad lawyer driven way if they succeeded....

I've long been daydreaming of building one of the 6mmAR variants or 6mm Grendel on a Mini action. If the ARC becomes available as a factory chambering, Hi-Tec puts out a stock and fit one of the flush floorplate setups, that will be very sweet!
