I already have them seated well back, and have mucked around with OAL a bit, but no joy. It is not a big problem as I only use them for the goats and then only one animal at a time.

Only if they can sell them for less than .30 cent each, Have you ever known Nosler to sell cheap bullets my guess is they will be $2.50 or more.

Think I will go for a a price rise to make up for lost sales
do you make projectiles in 8mm, in the process with my 8x57, just test fired my prototype suppressor with full charge loads today, would love to get this down to a whisper.

I do have a 8mm mould but I doubt that it will work at subsonic velocity it is a 230 grain Spitzer way too long to stabilise at 1000fps you need a short round nose
I can make some up if you want to try them.
    Cheers
    Robert.

Doesn't sound like they are going to release the projectiles by themselves at this stage, hopefully enough pressure will be put onto them to do so

At least the Hornady’s have a better BC than the Nosler’s and be in box’s of 100 when they do get released.

I wouldn't get all excited about the higher BC it means nothing at subsonic velocity all bullets have the same drop as a .22LR at 1050fps
the question is will it expand at less than 900fps if not it's a waste of money.

True, if you want to be crude BC = "Wind Resistance" it means less at slower speeds. The reverse is also true like pushing low BC bullets at higher speeds. They slow down too fast to retain energy at distance.

The mould is in transit at present left San Francisco 31/12/2017 should be in the hands of customs,
Hopefully they will expand the same as the 151 .30 cal I make the lead as soft as I can and still
be able to cast wit it, stug said he is happy to do load development with them I will ship him some
as soon as I have cast them, I am to busy to do testing now I have 2 other moulds on the way and a pile
of orders very unusual for this time of year,

OK We can do a bit with my mates Tikka also. Keen to try some HP .30s but the need to be approximately 180 grain to cycle the AR.
