50C temperature difference is A LOT but good to see that I can stick with H4350/AR2209.

Check out the load data it looks good for all 6.5 short action cartridges and 7mm08, I haven't looked but I'm picking 270, 280, 284 and 3006 will be good as well.
Wow 17,000 fps with a start load using 140 grain projectiles, on that chart from hogden.
I think it still needs a bit of work.
Try typing in 6.5 CM with 140's and you'll see what I mean

I have been wondering about the whole gambit, and how big the effect is on accuracy at under 600 yds
The variation in charge weights Verses the variation in case capacity verse the variation in projectile weight.
So when all the stars align ( or misalign ) with that super cold day and the under weight charge by .1 grain and the case capacity volume goes up by the .5 grain and the projectile goes heavy by .1 grain, and the depth lengthens by 2thou....... what IS the end result as measured at the target?
And if its less then 1/2 an MOA does it matter?
Just to be pedantic some parts in inland Otargo / Canterbury can go from -10 to plus 40 C.
Not that I know many guys who would be hunting in Plus 40 C, can't see any meat keeping for long and the pests would be well hidden away.
