    I am just talking to reloadingInternational to get a load of 303 and 54r brass sent over, but,

    "An Export License is required to ship bullets, brass and other reloading components out of the US. The export license authorizes the export of reloading components for personal use only."

    So if your mate pays cash and no ones ask Qs it might get here, or he could end up in jail. I dont think NZ customs will care its just brass, it will be the US customs who stop it.
