A simple way of checking which primer to use for a particular cartridge is Wikipedia

It is worth experimenting with a couple of different manufacturers to see what gives you the best results
"Match" primers are the same as "normal", but have undergone more stringent quality control processes.
For most hunting applications, a normal primer will be fine. If you get into serious target shooting like F-class or benchrest, match or benchrest primers would be worth it.
If you do decide to use magnum primers, remember to use a lower starting load when testing.
