Gimp what type of $300 annealing machine were you using? Ugly Anealer, gas powered?

There was a guy on the forum advertising them or offering to anneal brass recently I think. I assume thats what hes brought but may be wrong. Also I think he said there was a $3000 annealer ie the AMP. Or less than 300 cases ie 300x$3.30 a piece.
Edit: its @johnd in this threads induction machine im referring to.
Haha, if my math is up to it you'd have to fire 13,043 rounds at $3.30 each to pay for the machine ... . But its never about the money to be fair . . .
What do the guys who provide an induction annealing service, charge to anneal other peoples cases?

bought an Ugly Annealer from Derraco.co.nz.
$335 picked up in Fairlie.
only expense now is the gas.
A.I.M is the induction annealer I am building. The first 10 units are out there and in use. I am not trying to claim it is the same as an AMP, but it will do the same job. It requires you to be sensible about how you anneal just like many other methods.
At present they are built to order, and I ask for a deposit. If you would like more details just send me a PM with your email in it and between work commitments, building annealers and life in general I will do my best to reply.
Yes I was and probably still will call for brass that needs to be annealed, I test each machine before it goes to its new home.
My shooting season is about to begin so I will have a fair amount of my own brass to churn through (I reload for another shooter as well)
As far as cost goes, the price changes as materials go up, just like a house it was cheaper yesterday. I will do my best to keep prices fair, but i cant build them for free.
They arent $3000 but if you would like to pay that amount we can work something out.:pacman:
