Quickload - Who Is Using It?

Who is using Quickload? How valuable/useful do you find it?
Have run hot and cold over the years as to whether I should buy my own copy instead of using a mate to do the analysis for me.
Aside from the high cost of the package the equally high cost for Neco to ship has put me off in the past but I currently have the opportunity to buy less the excruciating shipping due to a mate being Stateside.

For load data there is ammoguide which is about US$25 a year now.
I think for 223 there is over 1200 loads.

I find it handy to piss around with powder/projectile combinations. I use it specifically for the pressure and FPS read outs. I've saved a few pingas not burning powder, projectiles and head stamping brass as a result.

I would like it but realistically I don't shoot anywhere near enough to justify it.

Why is shipping expensive? Presumably it is just a CD ?
"Hunting and fishing" fucking over licenced firearms owners since ages ago.

308Win One chambering to rule them all.

+1 Agree. Have used it to try out different combinations for the higher pressure 5.56 Nato chambering. Can adjust for barrel length, seating depth and subsequent case capacity.

I have definitely save a few $$ too.

    quickload quicktarget software

Yesterday my mate bought 2 copies for us so I am looking fwd to getting to grips with it on his return from the States.

Up to now have been emailing my data to an acquaintance in Oz who has been crunching the data for me. All good but my own copy will be a boon. Have unfinished load development to do first up on my 284.

Thanks to those who have posted comments.
    Dead is better likes this.
