these would have needed to be machined out and a brass bush brazed in to take boxer primers
and after all that effort the cases would probably split at the first firing because they aren't in very good condition
Any cases that have been fired using mecuric primers will fail very quickly due to the mercury amalgamating the zinc making them brittle.
