    reloading 7.62x39

    would like to reload 7.62x39 case with 174gr rn but cannot find any data using ADI powders.
    any ideas would be grateful...Stan

    take 130grn load data...take 150grn load data...see what diference is and do same step again
    eg 25 grns for 130
    23grns for 150
    so 21 grns should be about right for 170 grn........ or take the advice given last time you posted this same question.

    Had a look through all my manuals but none of them list anything bigger than 150gr.

    But I did find this info on the Reloaders Nest website
    7.62x39 Russian @ www.reloadersnest.com
    Unverified load 4133 in caliber 7.62x39 Russian

    If your after a subsonic load then I'd recommend using Trailboss as your powder.

    You have two choices ,either ask ADI direct or look for Cast Bullet loads because your velocity will be in the 1700 fps range .
