About LinkBacksWith such a short barrel choice you are planning on short range use only? ie under 200 yds?
1 in 7 twist tends to suggest a heavier ie longer bullets, but 55gr is always worth a try.
I suggest avoiding barnaul bullets.
BM2 seems to work well as a powder and its relatively cheap and easy to come by, though 2208 does fine.
