Stumbled onto this today.
A good demonstration of just how easy reloading can be.
Cheap too.
Obviously you can spend a lot more if you want, or even less, but this isn't a bad way to just dip your toes into the water.
I'm now using a Lee Ram Prime and rather like it.

Yup. Love the Ram Prime. Use one at the range with a Lee Hand Held Press. Also on my RCBS Summit. Great feel. Bit slow for volume but I'm seldom in a rush these days. The little Breech Lock I've had a couple of. Perfectly capable an cheap enough to dedicate to a particular task. Like running a universal decapping die. Or a Ram Prime. Saw a vid once where a guy had half a doz of them in a line along his bench doing all his various reloading tasks. Kind of a production line. I moved mine on because I have too many presses anyway and they were getting a little tight for my old now swollen hands.
I do a lot of work on the Lee Classic Cast. I could just do everything on the Summit but, heck, I do like variety. The cast classic is a very nice press, as good as anything out there but the old Lee Challenger, cast aluminum, was every bit as capable. And half the price..or less. Some folk love to hate on Lee yet Lee probably got more shooters into reloading than most the rest put together.
Yep i have one bolted to a block of pine that i just put in the vice just use it with a lee universal decapping die & Ram Prime

Had a challenger press since they first came out, 1985. Haven’t got a clue how much ammo it’s loaded but in the thousands. Still going, although the cast aluminium linkage broke a couple of weeks ago. Just replaced with msf bars. Didn’t get hole centre’s quite right so for the moment it’s a cam over action. I can live with that for now. I use a Lee c-frame for bullet seating. Don’t see a need for anything else at this point. Can load ammo with single sd figures so it’s good enough for me.

I've used a Lee whack-a-mole a bit for my .243 but a mate just gave me this.

It's a Lyman Spartan and they were first made in the early '60s. This one is in great condition. The Lad and I necked down fifty 7.62x39 cases to 6.5 grendel yesterday and we're filling and seating projectiles today.
