Salt bath annealing gets the thumbs down.

A little scientific light shining on the salt bath.

Given they are essentially saying it don't work but ours does (oh and we sell them) I would be skeptical.
It would be like me saying I have tested Simrad GPS's and they are not accurate but FURUNO ones are very accurate..................................when I sell FURUNO ones, When in actual fact they are both just as accurate.

Would want to see independent study other wise its just marketing BS, test results can be made to support anything

I have the amp with the Aztec software.
An absolutely amazing bit of kit.
There are people that have bought them that know more about high end reloading that really rate them.
I myself reckon I wouldn't be with out it.
    My 2c anyway

Yeah true but being that as it is its a well detailed experiment that others can repeat and check results. Im inclined to believe it.

Thinking about the salt bath, there could be an issue with the heat transfer from the salt to the brass lowering the over all temp in the direct vicinity, it would take time for the salt to regain max temp, maybe enough of a lag to cause problems. Takes a lot of energy to heat something quickly.

If this is marketing BS why would AMP state this at the bottom of the report,

For those reloaders considering getting started on annealing, and who are on a budget, we would recommend a gas flame-based option.
