    Short barreled 7mm08 and 120gr Nosler BT

    Just curious as to what powder and velocities are you getting with this combo in say an 18inch barrel.

    130gn Speer w 44.1gn 2208 RP brass COL 2.720 out of 16in bbl on my REM Model 7. And 150 ELDX w 2208 doing 2630fps COL 2.900 which is 50thou jump

    18” barrel. 120NBT base of case to tip of projectile 2.810” 45gr H335 gave 2969, 2989, 2869 fps. That is with a Gunworks suppressor.

    Duh, left out the speed - 130gn Speer BT doing 2740fps

    Seems to be 2 threads running the same.

    Mine, 18" barrel Sako A7 and using either 2206 or CFE223 and 120grn Nosler BT or Sierra Game King - 3000 fps. Deadly combinations. Deer hate 'em.
