Remembering also the Lee Loader is fine for brass that has been fired last in the same rifle you're reloading for. It only neck sizes. For a full length resize of 2nd hand brass, you need an FL die. So a full press of some sort to mount that die. Or a neighborly mate with the gear :-)
There is a whole story about Roo shooters in Aus using Simplex Vise Dies for full length resizing. Basically the older type of Simplex dies and presses were not the industry standard 7/8-14", they used 5/8" I think, which was probably down to the 303 and various aussie wildcat variants not requiring Full Length resizing. The smaller thread in their original turret press was supposedly not strong enough for FL sizing.

Enter the US and European sporting cartridges and you have a problem, as FL sizing is usually needed after a few firings. Suspect a few .222's had their bolt lugs galled to hell and back until someone told their owners!

I read the above from an article by a former pro roo shooter: The Bullshooter: Professional Kangaroo Shooting Part 2
