Witnessed two heavy red hinds shot with this bullet from a 6.5-284. Poleaxed them, through both shoulders, DRT. Range was about 400m. I was guiding on the day, not shooting.

Was very impressed back at the shed, minimal bloodshot, clean wounding. I don’t know the guy well but I might be able to get some photos because I remember his son was snapping away while we skinned the deer.

The cartridge I really wanted to get these for is the 6mm, but for some unknown reason Speer has declined to make a 6mm version (so far).

I wanted to use them in a 223 on deer, but just couldn't get them to shoot. Tried the 55 and 62 grn and various powders. Anyone got them shooting in a .223?

Similar I think. Bit better BC. I use them lightish for cal, partly to increase MPBR on my 260 which has a non dial scope.

I was surprised too. It was in a finicky model 7. So I moved on and it shoots the Target 69grn (and 52) great.

Somewhere along the lines, I read that too. And then someone posted some photos of the two side-by-side, and they were different. Pretty sure the rebated boat tail on the Gold Dot is different to the Fusion.

They come in different weights, and where there is the same weight e.g. .308 150gr, they have different BCs.

I wouldn't mind betting however that the manufacturing process and plant is the same.
