    SST & ELDX POI

has anyone used these two side by side or near enough to have shot the same load to confirm whether or not they land near each other enough?

    should they theortetically speaking?

I've always used the Amax/ELDM in calibers that have a high SD for caliber, in my mind the "softness' of the ELDM is made up with a high SD. These are .223 80gr ELDM and 140+gr 6.5mm in 6.5x55/260 and 162 EDLM 7mmrem mag.

Bang-flop results in all of them.

Classic @Timmay. I was at a court hearing one day and my mate was cross examining a witness. Mate said to the witness after his answer got off track "Sir please answer the question that I asked, and not the question that you wish I had asked".

Similar but an old 260 of mine shot the 140eldm and 140sst same POI out to 200. Loads were 5fps apart

oi i tested the same gr loads yesterday with sst an eldx, varied a little, inch horiztonal and verticle difference due to the pace id say!

good to know that in the bush yu could get away with it, not for long bombing but pre knowing it was 1x2 out you could be on the money enough i rekon sub 300.
