No just normal reloading, that light load you shouldn't need to get anywhere near that low and is around 50 percent case capacity depending how you measure it.
below that would be getting dodge but above will be fine.

I have settled on a 7gr load. I haven't chronyed it at all, but it is sub sonic and puts 3 pills in the same hole at 25m.

I ran 10gr tb behind a 154gr sst 7mm08 stable at 50m out of an xbolt 22 barrel and gun works suppressor, very satisfying pfft then dead rabbit take the time and work the load up carefully as you would in any teloading situation

Few tips in here i found handy when loading for my 308 Develop Subsonic

no i haven't but 30 cal 168s that seem far more fragile than its 7mm cousin were spectacularly disappointing.
