10 shot group shot at 200m today with my 6x45 , very windy and not the best conditions to do load development , still managed 55mm so it’s under moa . I stopped after this initial group and will shoot some more on a better day:thumbsup:

Another recent example.
Remington model 7 .243, factory stock except floated & pillar bedded in the plastic stock.
10 rounds 95gr targex with 2209 near book max. Random OAL something like 0.050" off the lands.

Better than it is reasonable to expect from this rifle. Speed good. SD a bit wide but it's mixed lot factory fed brass so youd expect that, and it's fine for the purpose - hunting inside 500 odd metres. Adjust to zero, out to 450m - plate centre, happy days. Sorted
Note for those worried about barrel heat and walking, these model 7 barrels are like a drinking straw, this is 10 rounds fired in a rapid string.

Got a new rifle set up for PRS. Of course I have followed this load development method (as in, don't develop loads, because it isn't real). 105 aeromatch 0.050" off the lands, enough 2208 to get roughly 2800-2850? Sweet.
10 rds at 652m - looks like it works good enough for any practical purposes. Could I get better precision by "tuning" ? Who knows. Is having poor precision gonna be what loses me matches? No, its gonna be my dumb brain

Good shooting old bean . . . How much wind?

About 1-2ms pretty much at 6 o'clock, obviously more like 5:30. I didn't correct for it at all, just checking that my AB profile is good
