Yes since learning/experimenting and working up the load I have probably reused some of the brass 3 times. I've notice a tighter bolt close. Would you say I'm due a FL resize?

I neck sized my .308 brass for decades after starting to load for it in the 70's. I FL sized around every 3rd load for the full power loads and just neck sized my light target loads. More recently I have moved to full length sizing using the Redding competition shell holders to set minimum headspace. Tea has arrived on the table so will be back soon.

After a nice tea and as much of the world news as I can tolerate I have returned. I have dipped into my .308 loading notes and a Pet Loads article by Brian Pearce in Handloader lists 43.7 grains of AR2208 as max with the 178 grain ELDX. Both Brian and Hodgdons used Winchester cases which are close to the Hornady cases that you are using for weight and capacity. His velocity in a 22" barrel was 2,586 fps at 43 grains.
