As far as I can see, the Hogdon data only shows data for a 162gr "soft point boat tail".
A 162gr spbt is going to be a shorter projectile than a 162gr ELDX meaning that when loaded to the same COAL, the projectile in Hogdons data is going to take up less internal case capacity allowing for a higher charge weight.
I would trust the Hornady data to be on the safe side. Theirs takes into account 162gr projectiles of differing lengths, including really long ones like you are using.
