Personally i believe (like a Zealot you would say) that there is way more going on with load tuning than can be classified as statistically relevant or proven.
If you lined 100 Statisticians up, ask them to statistically analyse some data they would never come to a consensus on the "results". The best bit of lining those 100 Statisticians up is you can identify 100 people you probably wont want to have a conversation with...

The only thing you can expect is that each different load will have a different point of impact, to get the same POI is pure good luck. As an example, my Sako 22-250 shoots 0.4" group with Hornady 55gr SP, tried Speer Gold Dot 62gr to see if they'd shoot ok in a 14" twist barrel, the result was a 0.4 meter group! Even a small difference in bullet weight and length can have a big difference on bullet stability and barrel harmonics changing POI and group sizes, and you're comparing two vastly different bullet constructions, a copper jacket lead core bullet with a copper mono bullet, so a 2" shift in POI between the two loads definitely wouldn't be out of the question. All part of the fun of reloading.
