    Greetings,
I anneal after every 3rd load but target shooters often anneal every time which should tell us something. The light loads for my old soldiers are neck sized only and never seem to need FL sizing. Cases need to be segregated by rifle. Standard loads are FL sized using the competition shell holders to get the right bump. To me this is better than neck sizing for these loads. Cases are deprimed with a hand tool and the pockets cleaned prior to getting near the press.
    GPM.
