.257 71gr FP. MV in my 25-20 is 1650fps.

I've head shot a magpie @ 50m and dropped goats with one shot out to 120m.

Damage to the magpie was confined to the head.

The projectile did penetrate the goat shoulders and appeared to expand nicely on exit without destroying too much meat.

Haven't shot a rabbit or hare with it yet but would expect to recover most of the meat from both.

Fells even the mightiest of forest trees too aye @marky123

Can't really fault it so far and the price is very economical.
