    REM 700 short and long action now live.

    Only Fit factory bolt knob. This Bolt Buddy won't fit REM 700 bolt with KRG, MDT, tear drop and others knob. This bolt buddy hasn't been tested with other action based on REM 700. We only guarantee fit for factory 700 REM. Doesn't fit Bergara, I will release a Bergara bolt buddy soon. Will also release soon a REM 700 version with a big handle guard that will fit the MDT, KRG and tear drop aftermarket knob.

    Would that 700 work with a model 7 bolt? I'm not really sure how they differ?

    So just to clarify....you can use these to hold arse end to twist it into decocked/ relaxed spring position and back out to ready to slip into rifle again??
