    Access to Wallabies?

    Hi guys,

I am looking at heading up to the Waimate area at some stage to try my hand at wallabies.
Anyone know of any farmers/locations that I can contact for access?

Additionally - any good wallaby recipes floating around?

    Cheers,
    Kumoe.

The tail? I've always just taken the legs,
There is lots you can do with it, the meat is very lean so allow for that when cooking. you can substitute for beef in lots of cases.
As for spots, you don't need access to farms, there are shit tons of them on the government blocks.
PM me and i'll put you on to a good few spots. I'm moving to southland anyway so i can't use them myself haha.
