Hey @Mintie what brand is that rifle with the wood stock? I have some starling problem but its a no shotgun area. Range would be 30-60 yds so I thought maybe an accurate precharged would do the job.
Nothing is tough about having a 70 lb bow and looking like an uncoordinated praying mantis while trying to draw it back.

Thats an Edgun Matador R3m in .22, It would be the perfect tool for Starlings and would knock them over out past 150m with the right shooter.

Ahh naf it. I'm gonna throw pics, one from each springer.
I'm keen to see this thread up and running again.
Looks like it stopped around covid, covids over. Heaps of great new air rifles.
I have no dought more air rifle shooters, and more coming as gun laws get more stupid.
    Tx200 mk3 .22 awesome gun.
Bit heavy for all day hunting for me. Hated taking it through scrubby stuff as such beautiful finish. Swapped for sig asp20 in end.

SIG asp20 .177 another awsome springer. Much more suited to me with synthetic stock and scratch resistant finish. Accurate nice to shoot.

GAMO roadster .22 first rifle when getting back into airguns last year. Most problematic gun I've ever had. Gave away in end after getting over constantly having to work on it. Killed scopes, damaged pellets when loading 10x mag. ( had removed mag and using as single shot by this pic) Reason I brought the tx. Did take its fair share of critters

1322 put 18inch barrel on and stock. Hopefully will get round to modding valve next month. Small bird gun. Have shot more with this than with all other guns combined. By far my favorite, just limited in application, but so nice to use and accurate as to 25m ( which is about as far as I shoot it on current piston/valve set up) a fun gun. Also have crosman 362 which I haven't really used apart from sighting in. Need to put a new scope on it. Hoping to mod it at some stage. Haven't shot any critters with.

Strait to a few targets, then off hunting small game I imagine Kotuku. Enjoying all the benefits of small cal guns, that are quiteish, don't have issues with projectiles that will potentially go 100s of meters with sustained energy , affordable ammo and take a bit of skill to shoot, don't bother stock, fun to work on.
Whats not to like about air guns. 👍
