The Bunny on the left I rushed the shot because his ears were down, as you can see he didn't have any. Not sure why, perhaps fighting?

Bummer this thread died off.
Won't put up photos have in varmiting and small game but
this is one of the latest of the, now not coming to near the pear pear tree starling and mynas, after 7 odd days of constant hammering with 1322.
Been throwing them over the fence and the first wild cat showed up last night it tripped the spots on side of house, which made me aware of it.
So hopefully sometime in the next week it can go live with the possum that met the sig asp20 a few nights back over the fence as well.
Attachment 215772
Ahh naf it. I'm gonna throw pics, one from each springer.
I'm keen to see this thread up and running again.
Looks like it stopped around covid, covids over. Heaps of great new air rifles.
I have no dought more air rifle shooters, and more coming as gun laws get more stupid.
Tx200 mk3 .22 awesome gun.
Bit heavy for all day hunting for me. Hated taking it through scrubby stuff as such beautiful finish. Swapped for sig asp20 in end.
Attachment 215786
Attachment 215793
SIG asp20 .177 another awsome springer. Much more suited to me with synthetic stock and scratch resistant finish. Accurate nice to shoot.
Attachment 215787
GAMO roadster .22 first rifle when getting back into airguns last year. Most problematic gun I've ever had. Gave away in end after getting over constantly having to work on it. Killed scopes, damaged pellets when loading 10x mag. ( had removed mag and using as single shot by this pic) Reason I brought the tx. Did take its fair share of critters
Attachment 215788
1322 put 18inch barrel on and stock. Hopefully will get round to modding valve next month. Small bird gun. Have shot more with this than with all other guns combined. By far my favorite, just limited in application, but so nice to use and accurate as to 25m ( which is about as far as I shoot it on current piston/valve set up) a fun gun. Attachment 215789
Attachment 215790
Also have crosman 362 which I haven't really used apart from sighting in. Need to put a new scope on it. Hoping to mod it at some stage. Haven't shot any critters with.
Attachment 215792
Not on farm at moment so hopefully get a few critters though shooting way limited here, which will post here from now on.
I've been hearing some pretty impressive power figures from the 362s, would love to check your one out some time
Your welcome to come pick it up and take it away for a week or two, to play with in field. Probly need to put one of your scopes on it. Has open sights.
I've got the space and chrono here for you to sight it in and get fpe. (Though wind never seems to stop at this place) Plenty of differnt pellets to run through it to see what works in it. If it's AA or hades pellets you'll have to buy your own to use when you take it for a play, as 1322 loves them and I haven't restocked yet. ( Though I could prob spare a 100 AA deablo field 16gr)
Anything else you can just take the tin.
Its not going to be doing anything for a bit so might as well get used. It's probly had 50 shots put through it so should be leaded in, not nessarily broken in.
Pm and organise a time. Busy Thursday around lunch time but should be free any other time.
You will need a scope, I put a steel breach on it and has no back sight. Got extend bolt prob too. Which is all I've done with it.
This one was trying to sneak out of pear tree after I spotted it low and went inside to get a gun.
1322 10xpumps. Standard valve
.22 hades 1.03g
Barrel end approx 2ft from head. Attachment 216027
Mintie, just relised had email from other members turned off. If you emailed me best try again.
Got a few of these magpies this last year with the .25cal FX Dreamline, great we air rifle, just picked up a second takedown compact version in .22
Still amazes me how accurate, a good quality air rifle can be, once tunes in.
Attachment 216046
Not being a pcp shooter just read up on your gun. Sounds awsome. That magpie is stunning in colour compared to ours.
What other small game do you take with air rifle over that way?
Kruza, there are quite a few options, squirrels both tree and ground, ground hogs, muskrats, crows, magpies, rabbits and several other small mammals, few other birds, but most any that migrate are protected.
You can also hunt game birds (upland) with a rifle, I shoot a few grouse, every year with it, normally ruffle and shaptail grouse, head shot leave nice clean breast meat.
Starling number 20 from sitting at window shooting, since yesterday, after covering all thier little spying holes and knocking a couple of sentries out of thier observer trees.

Prob be 50ish all up since started at this possy. Still they come. Though not like use too. Learning. Mynas stopped turning up after the 5th one hit the dust.
Low power, light, cheap (but accurate) short length with cheap gamo scope has actually been the perfect gun for this, supprisingly.
Rifles would be way to over powered and barrel would stick out way to far.
Finally, got this thing off mobile setting.
Its horrible can't like, can't post pics drives ya mental.
Anyway first magpie with 1322.
I thought coming here from the farm would be a bummer, but still cleaning up starlings and mynars, another 2 possums, magpie, trying to bait rats in to where can shoot them. Apart from rabbits and hares this place has been an unexpected goldmine of pest critters. Such a small section too.
Attachment 218260
30m sig asp20 177, AA heavy .
Torch.
Went through top of lungs.
I get the back straps and back legs. Dog got the front legs. Cat got the heart. Good to be back on the farm.
Attachment 219436
nice going and well thats one headache permanently cured.the facial expression suggests the last thought going through his head "WTF............ ???????" Im still working on that gamo we spoke about elsewhere-may get the new spring in next 2/52 then see where we go from there.
Strait to a few targets, then off hunting small game I imagine Kotuku. Enjoying all the benefits of small cal guns, that are quiteish, don't have issues with projectiles that will potentially go 100s of meters with sustained energy , affordable ammo and take a bit of skill to shoot, don't bother stock, fun to work on.
Whats not to like about air guns. 👍

Got duckshooting looming so will start sortin out kit etc for that.
So in McKenzie country. Parked up in car. Pulled up and Friggin rabbits every where. Took out 3 with 1322 while still light and 5 and wild cat hunting them with sig after dark. Saving some torch battery for tomorrow. That was in about 3/4 acre block and rather a low number for how many there actually were out there. Still best couple a few hours I've had in ages.
Left for hawks as can't keep meat in car. Brought this one back to photo as it was the most interesting due to its colouring.
Guessing its got domestic rabbit in its blood line somewhere..

So camp ground owners dog treed a couple of possum.
Sig 20asp 177. Instant kills @ 18 and 25ft up 5 to 8m out from tree.
Dog ripped into organs but gave up the possums when I walked around to get them. (he just pushed under the shade cloth fence.) so he got one back leg I got three. Won't be more peanuts and rice tomorrow thank god. Attachment 223871

No angle. 5km wind about. 160°
For a springer I'm stoked with that.

Heres my crosman 362 , yet to be blooded.
Thanks mintie , Had a few problems setting up the adapter rail but got there in the end using a file.
Had it shooting straight and zeroed it last night.
Pretty accurate with the red dot scope.
I got two starlings at the hen house with my 362 this morning.
Switched to the cr600 and stalked this magpie for a 30m shot this afternoon
Attachment 237313
Yesterday with the 362 after I finally sorted the ballistics out. Such an addictive gun
Attachment 238047
That bulk fill setup on the CR600 looks great, good job.
Thanks @Mintie Ive done the bulk fill modded the internals carbon fibre barrel shroud that puts a bit of barrel tension on and a bigger suppressor. Capable of 1/4" groups at 20m now
Shot this young rabbit this morning mowing our lawn.Cometa does the job again.
Attachment 238065
What scope and rails have you got on your 362 @bilbob ?
I find the red dot scope on the 362 does not give enough magnification at greater ranges so I want to upgrade to a better scope.
Just a discovery VT-R 3-9X40AC straight onto the steel breech. I do like the pellet holder on the side of the scope. I paid around $90 off AliExpress
Below is also the ballistic through chair gun app running 3X and 8 pumps giving it an average of 648fps with H&N FTT
