    I used to throw em in the beer fridge for 4 or 5 days just on the wire racks. If you are slow cooking(curry or stew) then dont need to age them really. Any bigger/older stinkers I just diced up straight away and chucked in the freezer for dog tucker.

    You gone out for a wander yet? I havn't shot a goat in yonks, be keen to go for a walk
