    Varmint Grenades in 223

    I am using 36gn Varmint Grenades in my AR15 .223 with 24 inch barrel with Bench mark2 and getting 3714 fps very good groups. found it drops rabbits with the usual THUMP not had chance to see the damage yet as shooting across gully's and deer fences and don't fancy the walk!! Best shot, 267yds TBR on range finder and took two shots to get it. I really like the 55 V Max at 3250 ish so am still not sure. I have now got a 204R so will play around with that and 39gn SBK's.
