    Well popular misconception that a 577-500 double was for dangerous game.
    Yes it was an excellent tiger and stalking rifle caliber in India an Britain.
    But it was never popular in Africa and was not for Dangerous Game that could stomp you.

    It was Big Cat caliber and not a Big Dangerous Game caliber
