I bought a ACR rescuelink from H&F, it supposedly came with a $50 cashback. I've done the paperwork and sent it off to Hutchwilco (the ACR agents). They sent me email saying I hadn't sent in the confirmation that I had registered with the Rescue centre. I had, it was 4 pages long.
I've sent the info from the rescue centre as an attached email. They were suppose to ring me today, but haven't.
Has anyone else had problems getting the $50 cashback?
Nah havent had any problems with mine like 1.5 years ago, got it within a week of confirmation. Best of luck
They fucken stumped me too the barstards,same make and store,I have kept the registration in my email draft folder.:( And sent off all the receipts and the bar codes from the box.
I will print out my registration and take to H&F they bloody good here.
@Dundee I rang them today, should all be done and I should receive it in 21 working days.

I rang yesterday and they said the processing takes 6 to 8 weeks,mine was registered on the 25 April so can't be far away.
Sounds like they are slowing down paying, others have said they got it within a week.
People need to dispose off old beacons properly.
