Actually very close they were probably shot 20m apart. Have got one other clean one since then so at least the freezer isn't only full of venisonQuote:

Cheers guys yeah sounds like the brown lumps might not be a problem but dropping the head in to be checked for tb to be sure
That second photo, although not the clearest definitely looks like a TB lesion. I spent 15 years as a Meat Inspector many years ago and used to come across it quite often but I thought it had been mostly eliminated? The fact that both pigs were in the same area hugely increases that possibility. Will be interesting to see what the Vet diagnosis is.
