    Balloted blocks

    May save me some digging around: are the ballot blocks across NZ opened/closed on the same day/month, year after year? Or are the dates subject to change?

    With regards to roar blocks
    , in otago and Southland then yes. Although not sure on wapiti blocks.

    I won't be applying for any ballots. Just need to know in advance which open permit areas are balloted out (and when they open/close), so I can plan routes accordingly.

    I'm away from September. Not sure when the Wap blocks are balloted out? But I'm gonna stick to Southern Fiordland.
