    I believe you mate, I was doing predator control up the Tasman river bed 13yrs ago and trapped a giant cat, it was easy 2x as big as the other cats I was getting, I remember holding the tail at arm pit height and the head was on the ground and it was black not tan like the others but just looked like a oversize house cat.

    Yes you are crazy but so are half the people on this forum

    Could be just a really big wild cat, the average human height is 5ft 8in but there are some people are up to 7ft!

    my advice, get a trail came and put some meat out, see what turns up
