Rainbow rasta wig would be better, would break up your profile. Afro wigs give you the silhouette of a Motown bull, or even a giant microphone.

Both Stony creek shirts, barely worn and not faded. 15 yards and 50 yards.
I know which one my oldish eyes sees first
Very practical Pengy. Of course for the test to be scientific, we will need to know how many raisins were in your packet of chewing gum.
I’ve been using orange blaze for last nine years, mates and I like the idea of been seen than just disappearing and appearing out of know where. One trip in the Kaikoura tops I guys see me 2.5km away walking through some scrub and when I got up to the top they said they wouldn’t of seen me if I wasn’t for the blaze.
But in saying that another roar trip I had a newbie hunter his first roar come between me and this stag having a roaring match, he came around a bluff that I was on in full view, I was in full blaze top and Beene on no more than 20m pointing his rifle barrel right at me with a round in the chamber, bolt down and safety off finger on the trigger looking at me. I could see him thinking if he should pull the trigger or not, I was whistling at him and then yelling at him at the top of my voice, then he finally clicked it was a person in front of him. He was shaking so badly realising what he had done and how close to a f##kup could of happened.
This situation has happened to me a few times now, I think it’s more of a mindset, guys taken up in the moment thinking it has to be a deer and not the other way around it’s a person first until I can identify it’s a deer.
That is one of the things I like about bowhunting your very calm and aware of your situation and identifying your target with plenty of time watching the animals coming clearly into view knowing it is a deer.
The last two years the hound and I have been wearing blue blaze, the bumble bees and wasps just drive the dog into a mental retard with blue but orange no worries.
I’m for both blue and orange they do work for me in some situations like a flag leaving it in the open tops or large clearing letting other hunters know I’m in the area and at camp and marking where I left my pack when I don’t use a gps.
The orange shirt does seem more visible in bright sunlight in @Pengy 's photo experiment.
The stakes are high though. Pengy, I wonder how your two shirts compare at dusk when ambient goes more towards the blue spectrum?
Thanks for going back out in the bush tonight... just for me.
Well, there was nothing worth watching on the idiot box, yet again, sooo

@Cordite. If I had any neighbours, I would likely be getting a visit from the men with the white vest by now.
The things I do !!
@Pengy, it's OK as they wouldn't see you at dusk... as long as you wear blue blaze. The difference at dusk is big time scary!!! Thanks!
The committee thanks you for your dedication to science Mr Pengy.
Hang them on a mannequin with some refective eyes up at the lake. The one with the lowest number of bullet holes wins.
Dang, the change in light made a HUGE difference.
I don't see any reason why blue is less viable just because it emits less light.....nice red coat standing out on a face vs. a blue dull shirt? Well deer sure as shit aint blue (but they are red/orange/tan) so I'd say job done.
