About LinkBacksSpend time and buy a house in the winter when you see the sun on it=warm house.Make sure it has a good fire box with a wet back.I did 12 winters building in Queenstown.One winter it was -16c in Queenstown and -21c in Arrowtown.Its was a panelbeaters dream that winter.Cromwell and Alex were nearlly just as cold.
