So Dougie let me get this straight. You preferred to watch the chainsaw massacre rather than take a lesson in the finer art of butchery from the gentleman that was your host. I know he is a gentleman as i recall he refused the sleeping bag offer.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Ha ha ha I understand. The ever present possibility of being recruited as an undercover assassin for the CIA makes us keep our mugs out of the public eye.

Yeah I kinda was surpised too - I have a fair bit of Bahco gear (no knives though obviously) and everything has been awesome. I probably should have taken it back on second thought....the idiot at Bunnings in the tool section (I reckon he WAS a tool..) took quite a bit of persuading to get him to actually talk to me, then when I said "Er do you have the Bahco $16 a'round a'bout price, all purpose knife?" he sort of just chucked one at me, cracked a stupid joke about these are so popular with gang members and then strode off before I could tell him that I was after a few more things that I needed help with. I should have put my steel cap John Bulls right up his ass but he took off too quick.

Bahco probably have to blunt their knives before delivering to Bunnings as customers are inclined to stab the staff with them.

Any thing will do pretty much untill you work out what you want/need in a knife. You will soon find out(hopefully) if it will hold a edge.
No danger of your hand slipping down the blade

I just clicked Dougie you got someone else to sharpen your knife.
