I applied for the ballot before it closed, it generated a PDF with my application details on the website, I paid the fee but I never got confirmation that my application was received.
When I check on their website here: WFMC Application Query
it says it has not received one for my email.
Does anyone have a contact there that can help? The contact us form on their website does not seem to yield a response.

their software may not like your gmail address your application should still be in and im picking as they notify winners tomorrow(according to their calendar ) the results will be up on their website not long after is there another email address you can use to contact them?
I got a reply from someone yesterday confirming I’m not the only one that it happened to and that my application is definitely in.
