The final insult was when I put a complaint in against the police through the IPCA and they put it down as inexperience on the police officers part. Yes I've complained to the IPCA before and it is a total waste of time - utterly toothless

I've got some fuckwit that stole 40k worth of tools out of my storage garage and he is still paying me off the 4k fine at sod-all per week and that was nearly 10 years ago
