What happened to the East Creek block?

Its now privately leased

What he said, can read about it on other forum noticed it disappeared when tongariro took over nice little block pulled a few out of there over the years

It has been leased to a syndicate for a while. There were some issues as they then tried to sublease it out again, which was against the terms of the agreement.
Gerrard from Tongariro Av. busted someone there who shouldn't have been, which brought it to light.
