    Fallow antlers

    How long till these guys are casting? I thought the bigger guys should have been about now but the paddock one I see every day still has his on. And he is a big boy. Not sure wherther the domestic ones will be the same as the wilds. Ta

    Mate got a wild one last weekend still in antler. Te Puke area. But dont know sorry

    Mate saw a very nice one yesterday still with antlers.
    I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.

    I was hunting fallow on Friday. I only managed to shoot a doe but my mate reckoned he saw a buck that had cast.

    last year i was still shooting spikers and small stags in november with their antlers still on.
