    Id suggest OP takes time to go Firearms License fees Thread(under firearms safety ) and read the official email received by and posted by the forum member there .it would seem some person in officialdom is jumpimg the gun or attemptng to spook newbies. BTW Icouldnt find your intro thread in the intros section.
