Both fallow. Top is "common" color phase tail strip and just visible in that pic is the black surround on the bum.
Menil look very similar to commons but lack the dorsil stripe down the tail and surround to the bum.Also have a very prominent line of spots like a "plimsol line" on a boat.
Bottom one looks melanistic but could be a trick of low light and camera confused by the blaze?

Right both times top one desirable for breeding bottom common most places would not want on their property mates block so he doesn't worry either way . Plenty about just have to walk about lots up hill and down dale
