The first hunt with my new gun.

My dad aka falconhell and midge took me out for a goat hunt. We went up the neighbours trying to blood my new 243. I shot atleast 7 or 8 goats when we had a big bomb up at a group of goats of about 30. I got pictures of two of them and a new trophy for the wall. The first one was a bit smaller than the second but the second one was really old and had a good head.

The first one i shot was with his mum they were running up the side of the hill. I quickly scoped in and shot. BANG i shot him he went down with a A max bullet right up his A hole. Name: P1030671.JPG

The second one i got a picture with i got a new head for the wall. when i shoot this one i was standing there then i saw it scoped in waited to see if it was going to stop. No it wasint going to stop i shot it through its spine it was still moving tryed again and missed. me and midge went for a walk to find it and cut its throught. when we got there it tryed to run away so midge tackled it and cut its throught. That's good seeing your bolt safely open in the pic. Tell us about your new rifle and the 'scope?

    Well done young fellah
