Hope they screw the living shit out of them. There should be zero tolerance for this and big penalties. It might encourage others to stay the hell at home, although I dont hold out alot of faith. Seems some just dont give a shit about anyone but themselves

A relative received a photo via facebook yesterday showing 3 up against the police car and 2 in the back ground taken in what was thought to be the Mangakino area...when the rest of the world wakes up I will see if he can send a copy...3 were named on fb...our interest is because one of them is believed to be the prick who Z nailed Thompsons Track a while back...it was thought he was Z nailing the track to stop other poachers poaching one of his favourite poaching area.

At least they got caught hopefully they go to jail too many are getting a smack on the hand for poaching let alone doing it in lockdown.

Name and shame these picks and then a couple weeks behind bars will be good. Some fresh meat for the seasoned inmates.

These guys don't do "shame", one has been a prolific poacher for some time, been caught before...about a year ago was caught with a stag from behind a fence, was on his way to weigh it in at hunting competition when snapped by police, as his offsider was under age he took the rap and they both walked from court...their usual "hunt" is to drive around an area and use thermal to spot deer and then sneak across farmland on foot to shoot...been at it for a few years now with his parents blessing.

He is one of those live at home types, so we were all pleased when his father got a new job and moved out of our area

Dirtbags, they should be strung up on the fence and left to rot.

I suspect that you and I would have some great conversations about how to solve the problems of the world Mr Browning. We appear to be very like minded.

On the world meter web site the deaths from covid -19 is 181,356......and rising.

Perhaps this virus in NZ could get worse ?.....Let alone what politicians and "trusted" government spokes people like Dr David Clarke tell every one ? Wouldn"t it be ironic throught cell phone location tracing that there are other "naughty high profile rule breakers out there" that the government may or might not know about and if they know about it will they likely keep quiet about this information from the media and general public?

Most people are doing there bit to abide by the government rules.

One can only speculate what the media says at times, let alone court outcomes.....and one can only wonder about other covid outdoor rule breakers?

It sounds like the offenders are known on here and this could be a very painful lesson to them?
