    Free roar ballots?

    Have just punched through roar ballots for Otago and Southland for next year. Gave doc a ring to give them my card details only for them to tell me that ballots are free this time as they are in the process of upgrading there system. Has anyone else found this or have I been given miss information?

    They always were free.

    Their remark about "upgrading" their system sounds like that that will no longer be the case in the future.
