    Game butcher in Wellington?

    Hi all - shot a deer on the central plateau and have it with me in (mostly) quarters in Wellington. I'm keen to get someone with a bit more skill than me process it properly. Any recommendations for good butchers out there? Thanks for your help

    When you drop another one give me a PM, can sort it out and do a run of sausages as well if you like. Much more fun and satisfying doing it yourself.
