Anyway the fact that blank firers CAN be converted to fire some form of live rounds, is of course not the point. The point is that, though it can be done it is difficult to do, and rare. As such, a law (or policy) targeting blank firers is ineffective at crime prevention.

Similar, the US federal judge who granted a recent legal stay on a California ban on >10 round AR mags, noted for instance that at a recent shooting no-one sought to rush the shooter when he swapped magazines. Limiting him to 10 round mags (if one could have done so) would have made no difference.

Plain of Jars, 4000 islands, Luang Prabang-Kuanga Si Waterfalls, Vang Vieng (party), Vientiane (all the museums have a very interesting communist slant on them). They could also to the "The Loop" scooter ride.

The yanks told me the water (Mekong)was very polluted, even the so called “clean” water had sizable amounts(ppm)of excessive chemicals.I managed to get crook a few times over there,.....could shit through the eye of a needle at 20 paces and not even touch the sides, all due to water contamination
@A330driver the stories i could tell. I don't really want to respond to this on a public forum given that we are currently still doing some work and trying to get another contract through the client. If you are interested pm me.
Regarding getting crook guts. That was weekly to fortnightly. There is a saying "It is a brave man who farts in Laos". Let's just say I am a bit gun shy even being back in NZ/Aussie...
